A document check revealed that a 44-year-old local resident was driving a Rover while intoxicated. 

A breath alcohol test revealed a blood alcohol level of 1.6 ppm.

The offender's vehicle was towed to a secure parking lot. He was fined 200 base units and suspended from driving for five years.
