
July 15, Minsk. The state traffic inspectorate of the Minsk region will work out the places of unauthorized trade on the roads. BelTA was informed about this by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee.
From July 15 to July 17, the traffic police of the Minsk region is carrying out a set of preventive measures called "The road is for traffic." Its purpose will be to identify citizens who sell products in the immediate vicinity of highways. In addition, the purpose of the event is to prevent road traffic injuries and suppress the facts of being on the roads of persons in a state of intoxication. Traffic police officers will pay special attention to gross violations by a vulnerable category of road users. In particular, pedestrians, cyclists, horse-drawn transporters. This applies in particular to those persons who are on the road in a state ofalcohol intoxication .The State traffic inspectorate recalled that damage, pollution or blockage of a highway, right of way, railway crossing, other road structure or technical means of traffic control, as well as loading and unloading cargo on the roadway, entails a fine in the amount of two to five basic units.
