According to the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, the deceased are Russian citizens, girls aged 7 and 13, their mother aged 43 and grandmother aged 75. The result of the examination of the Mercedes driver is 1.67 ppm on an interrupted exhalation. Blood was taken for analysis.

The HEAD of the Minsk Regional Department of Internal Affairs Andrei Lyubimov and the head of the Main Department of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Viktor Rotchenkov arrived at the scene of the accident.
