September 8, Mogilev. A Bobruisk resident stole almost Br8,000 from a friend, BelTA learned from the police department of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee.

A 50-year-old woman from Bobruisk applied to the police with a statement, saying that a large amount of money was stolen from her apartment - almost Br8 thousand rubles.

Law enforcement officers established that the theft was committed by a 34-year-old unemployed local resident, repeatedly convicted of theft. As it turned out, the man met the applicant's husband on the street, who at that moment was in a state of alcoholic intoxication . A resident of Bobruisk offered to take a friend home. "The guest waited until the owner of the apartment lost his vigilance, and through free access he stole money for a total amount of almost Br8 thousand," the police department said.

The person involved was detained, and investigators initiated a criminal case against him.
