The Belarusian national stand will be presented at the UzFood exhibition in Uzbekistan

January 27, Minsk. On March 29-31, Tashkent will host the international exhibition "Food, Ingredients and Production Technologies - UzFood 2022". The national stand of Belarus will also be presented at it, BelTA was told at the exhibition enterprise "Belinterexpo" of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The expositions of the exhibition will be devoted to such topics as "Meat and poultry", "Dairy products", "Confectionery", "Grocery", "Drinks", "Food ingredients", "Equipment for the food industry", "Bakery", "Packaging and HoReca.

A rich business program is planned for UzFood. In particular, on March 30, a retail center will be held - the only specialized platform in Uzbekistan for meetings between food producers and buyers, retailers and distributors. Representatives of the largest retail chains are invited to the event.

"An additional opportunity to search for business partners will be provided by other business events: B2B negotiations, seminars, conferences and master classes. On the eve of the exhibition, on March 28, a professional tasting competition "Master of Quality" will be held. An expert commission will evaluate the food and drinks presented for tasting. The best contestants will receive a gold medal with the possibility of its image on the product packaging, as well as diplomas and a mention on the official UzFood website," the exhibition company said.

In 2021, 122 companies from 21 countries took part in the exhibition. Expositions and business events were attended by more than 4 thousand specialists from Tashkent, 13 regions of Uzbekistan and 12 countries: Belarus, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, UAE, Poland, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.
