In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, agricultural cooperatives are reimbursed for part of the costs of purchasing livestock products from owners of private farms.
Over the last five years alone, the volume of subsidies from the regional budget has exceeded 740 million rubles. During this time, the cooperatives purchased from villagers about 160 thousand tons of cow's MILK, 14 thousand tons of beef and more than 5 thousand tons of pork.
“The support measure has been in effect for the 16th year and is one of the most relevant in the state program for agricultural development. More than 30 regional agricultural cooperatives receive subsidies every year . The goal of such state assistance is to provide villagers with a stable sale of the products they produce on their farmsteads, to increase the share of private farms involved in agricultural production and to promote the development of agricultural cooperation in the region,” said Ilya Vasiliev,Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
This year, 183 million rubles are provided for subsidies in this area. The selections are planned in April, July and October. The rates for reimbursement of part of the costs are the same: per ton of milk purchased from owners of private farms - 4 thousand rubles, beef - 10.3 thousand rubles, pork - 9 thousand rubles. The main condition for receiving state support is not to reduce the volume of purchases of livestock products to last year’s level.
The agricultural consumer cooperative "Sibirskoe Belovodye" of the Kuraginsky district specializes in purchasing milk from shareholders, which it then sells to food and processing enterprises in the southern regions of the region. In 2022, following the results of labor competitions in the agro-industrial complex, the cooperative was awarded a car for effective work.
“We annually receive subsidies for the purchase of milk, and this year we also plan to apply for selection. This is a good help, especially in the current economic climate. There are issues regarding pricing and product sales, but we are solving them and moving on. The cooperative unites 414 owners of private farms, who give us on average about 9 tons of milk every day,” says Viktor Vede, chairman of the Sibirskoye Belovodye SPSSC.
Agricultural cooperatives in the region can count on grants and subsidies in nine areas. Thus, under the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises,” cooperatives are reimbursed for part of the costs for the purchase of machinery, equipment, farm animals and the purchase of agricultural products and wild plants from the rural population.
This year, 1.4 billion rubles have been allocated from budgets at various levels to support small businesses - farmers, agricultural cooperatives and personal farmsteads.
