For many years of conscientious work: SITNO employees were again awarded high state awards

Employees of the agricultural holding "Sitno" of the Chelyabinsk region received state awards for their great contribution to the development of agriculture. The honorary title "Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Russian Federation" was awarded to Elena Sagirova, Leading Zootechnician of the Egg Production Shop and Valentina Kuzina, Poultry Handler of the Slaughter and Processing Shop of the Magnitogorsk Poultry Farming Complex.

The presentation of state awards took place as part of the Russian agro-industrial exhibition Golden Autumn 2021. The best workers of the Russian agricultural sector were congratulated by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko.

The main resource of the industry are rural workers. The success of the Russian agro-industrial complex is the contribution of every employee, - the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian government believes. “Despite global challenges, despite the fact that this year RUSSIA also faced large-scale problems of adverse weather conditions, our agro-industrial complex continues to be one of the key drivers of the development of the Russian economy,” said Victoria Abramchenko.

State award-winning employees of Sitno have worked in the poultry industry for more than 30 years. Each of them has its own, special path to professional heights. But there is something in common that they have in common. They sincerely love their work and never rest on their laurels, spoke about the awardees in the press service of the company.

Elena Sagirova has worked her way up in the egg production of the Magnitogorsk poultry complex from an ordinary laboratory assistant to a leading livestock specialist. Thanks to her leadership qualities, efficiency, ability to organize the work of the zoo veterinary laboratory team, she daily achieves complete veterinary well-being of egg production, on which the results of the work of the entire poultry complex, as well as the volume and quality of finished products, directly depend. Thanks to the diligence of Elena Sagitova and a responsible approach to business, the Magnitogorsk Poultry Farm became the winner of the regional agro-industrial complex competition four times at the end of the year in the nomination "Best Egg Poultry Farm" for high production performance.

Valentina Kuzina also devoted her whole life to poultry farming. She began her career in the broiler production of the Magnitogorsk poultry complex as an apprentice poultry keeper. Currently, she works as a poultry processor in the slaughter and processing workshop at production site No. 2 in the Agapovsky district.

Both specialists every day set an example of professionalism and dedication to their work, over the years of work they have brought up a whole galaxy of students. The high assessment of the work of Sitno employees at the state level once again confirmed the worthy level of work of the entire company, the press service of the enterprise notes.
