Agricultural producers of Transbaikalia were provided with subsidies to reimburse part of the costs of crop production produced in 2022. This was announced by the deputy HEAD of the regional agrarian department Marina Kuznetsova.
“State support funds were directed to 107 farms from 20 municipalities. Financing in the amount of 97 million rubles was allocated for the actual volume of crops produced by the region's farmers in the previous year," the Deputy Minister said.
The recipients of the subsidy were agricultural organizations and farms engaged in the production of grain, oilseeds and fodder crops, as well as producers of potatoes and vegetables.
State support for the crop industry in the Trans-Baikal Territory in 2023 will amount to 576 million rubles. This is almost one and a half times higher than a year earlier.
