Grain growers in the Aktanysh region of the Republic of Tatarstan do not stop working even in rainy weather

Despite the vagaries of nature, harvesting work is in full swing in the Aktanysh region. Experienced farmers work at the Shaichurino farm of the AlmazAgroTrade holding.
This season was the forty-second in Azat Shaekhov’s career. For almost half a century he wandered through the fields of his native land in the gold mines. At one time, when farmer Azat first started harvesting, then the work was carried out using modern field equipment, like today, and an ordinary Niva combine. The machine operator still sadly remembers the Niva with which he began his career at the Vishnyakovo farm.
Two years ago, having arrived in Shaichurino, I sat at the helm of the Polesie combine harvester. Today he manages Akros.
“The grain harvest this year is good, the stalks are thick. Therefore, you cannot exceed the speed; this is also indicated by the combine computer. Bread must be harvested with high quality, without loss. Working conditions on the farm are organized so that workers feel comfortable. There are sufficient spare parts for equipment, machine operators are fed hot meals twice in the field,” Azat Shayokhov briefly informed about the progress of work.
“It’s gratifying that there are also young combine operators on the Shaichurino farm. Bayras Amirullin learns from his elders, and he himself enjoys imitating modern techniques. Before that, he participated in harvesting at Agrosila farms for six years . This year I came to Shaichurino.
At the elevator of the Anyak agricultural company, work also does not stop, even in rainy weather. He receives 1,000 tons of bread daily.
Each convoy of grain arriving at the Miles Mavliev elevator, which opened in 2020, is subject to precise analysis. The elevator receives bread of different quality: for food - third-grade bread, for livestock feed - fifth-grade.
