Farmers of the Moscow region discussed the issues of conducting agribusiness with the Minister of Agriculture of the region Vladislav Murashov. The meeting was organized with the support of the People's Farmer Association and the Public Chamber of the Moscow Region
Farmers came to the meeting with the Minister with the hope that their issues would be resolved.
The first block of communication was devoted to property: how to build agro-tourism facilities, elevators, farms on agricultural land; how to transfer sites to one category or another to resolve disputes.
The second group of questions concerned the development of agritourism. The direction in the region is promising, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia has taken measures of state support. This year, 51 projects became the winners of the Agrotourism grant competition. However, some contradictions remain regarding the development of tourism directly at agricultural enterprises and compliance with sanitary standards when interacting with animals. They require more detailed study and proposals for consideration at the federal level.
The third group of questions was related to the connection to the power grid and the conclusion of contracts for the consumption of electricity. - Not all farms did it in accordance with the accepted procedure and now they face heavy fines. Most likely, they were not properly informed. We are ready to get involved in this work as much as possible, improve the situation and prevent penalties,” said Vladislav Murashov.
Many questions remain about the allocation of subsidies. In the Moscow region, 27 types of subsidies are provided for agricultural producers in the amount of more than 5 billion rubles. - This, apparently, is not enough. Due to increased costs, farmers need to increase subsidies in a number of areas. We asked them to send us the calculations, from which we will see for sure that the increase in expenses does not pay off the increase in revenue. The documents will become the basis for our proposals for the allocation of additional funding, the minister explained.
The land issue is still one of the main ones for farmers. There is a need to introduce new plots of agricultural land into circulation, however, not all municipalities are willing to provide land to farmers, citing difficulties. The Minister of Agriculture intends to discuss each particular case and resolve issues in favor of the farmers.
- For us, entrepreneurs and farmers of the Moscow region, it is very important that the dialogue continues. The government is talking to us. He comes to our farms, sits at the table with us and communicates - formally and informally. Solves our problems. Such a dialogue with the authorities is worth a lot. In many ways, this is why the Moscow Region is a leader in the production of cheese, in the production of greenhouse vegetables. We have a normal investment climate, only under such conditions can we talk about the development of agriculture and other industries, - said Oleg Sirota, Chairman of the People's Farmer Association, Chairman of the Commission of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex and Rural Territories, at the end of the meeting.
