pionerprodukt.by continues to publish a series of videos from AgroExpedition in the Volgograd region. In this video, we will see how cows are milked using a carousel for 60 robotic milking stations at the flagship farm of the Volgograd region, OOO SP Donskoye.
Before milking, the cows are in the silo, where they wait for their turn to be milked. The hopper is equipped with a robotic pusher - a specially designed partition that, by moving, forces the cows to come out for milking. The pusher is equipped with sensors that, when a cow gets stuck, are triggered and move the pushing partition back.
The carousel milking parlor on the farm is equipped with milking robots and can serve 60 cows at the same time and a total of up to 2000 cows per day.
After aiming, the robot puts the glasses on the nipples. The glass is equipped with a special nozzle that allows you to process the udder, dries and removes the first streams that enter the milk analyzer. All this time, the glasses are not removed, they remain until the end of milking, which significantly saves time and improves the quality of milk. After the analysis is successful, the milk flow is recorded and the switch to the main milk line takes place. If the analysis reveals any abnormalities in the milk, the system switches over and all the milk is drained into the sewer.
Milking is carried out three times a day (at 4-00, 12-00, 20-00 hours) forcibly, in contrast to the monoblock robot. Through a separate entrance, the cows from the drive enter the carousel, the robot reads information from the chip and transfers it to the system. After that, the robot controls that the cow does not come back and starts connecting the glasses.
Not far from the carousel itself, there is a control panel where the operator can monitor all information about the cow and the milking process itself. If during milking a cow has deviations in milk, then the robot at the exit determines it in a separate veterinary pen.
The cost of a carousel-type milking parlor with all works is about 300 million rubles, however, its use eliminates the human factor in the work, and also allows you to monitor the quality of milk and significantly reduce maintenance costs.
