Vologdastat has compiled an interactive map of the micro-census process, which shows that the pace is good, almost all municipalities have overcome the 50% threshold. There are also indisputable leaders: 84.5% of the total volume of farms worked out in the Ustyuzhensky district, 73.8% is demonstrated by the Kichmengsko-Gorodetsky district.
“As of August 18, our census takers interviewed 168.5 thousand owners of personal subsidiary plots, as well as 512 - that's 59% - chairmen of non-profit associations of citizens. This is an excellent indicator, - said Nina Sineva, HEAD of the Department of Agriculture and Environment Statistics of Vologdastat. – The difference between municipalities depends only on the employment of a specialist. Someone went to the scribes as a part-time job and goes to the site after their main activity. Some people work freelance. This does not affect the quality of the material obtained.
Almost 60% of the work has been completed in Velikoustyugsky District. 27 specialists and three instructors work here. In terms of each census taker, there are slightly more than 500 households. In the 20th of August, the census of agricultural enterprises and peasant farms will be completed in the municipality.
“People are welcoming, they try to tell in detail about their economy. We are interested in what the inhabitants grow: vegetables, berries, fruit trees; what kind of pets are kept: from chickens to piglets, - shared the census taker Yulia Koryakovskaya. – Some residents of Ustyuk are worried about whether they will have to pay taxes after the census? But we clarify that when entering the data, a special note is made: the products are used for self-sufficiency.
Recall that the first digital agricultural micro-census in the history of modern RUSSIA started on August 1 and will end on August 30, 2021. Not all objects of the agricultural sector, but only about a third of their number, are subject to a survey during the microcensus. The starting point is data that was collected five years ago as part of the 2016 All-Russian Agricultural Census. Specialists are primarily interested in farms and individual entrepreneurs, personal subsidiary plots, as well as horticultural and horticultural partnerships.
“According to the developers of the project, the micro-census allows you to take a “snapshot”, assess the structure of the country's agriculture. Therefore, we act quickly on the ground: personal subsidiary farms located in the city or in an urban-type settlement, as well as small settlements with less than 10 households, are excluded from the census. The questionnaire has been significantly reduced: for example, agricultural organizations will have to answer 12 questions instead of 27. All this allows you to get the most detailed picture of the agricultural sector at minimal cost,” said Deputy Governor Mikhail Glazkov.
