
Total MILK production in Tomsk Oblast in the first half of 2025 amounted to 71,700 tons.
Agricultural organizations in the region produced 49,900 tons of milk, a 0.6% increase compared to the same period last year. Peasant (farm) households produced 6,400 tons of milk in the first half of the year, a 1.2% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Residential households account for 21.5% of milk production.
At the same time, milk productivity per cow is growing in Tomsk Oblast. In the first half of 2025, it increased by 2.3%. Milk yield per cow in agricultural organizations amounted to 4,132 kg of milk, the highest figure in Siberia. For comparison, Krasnoyarsk Krai showed a productivity of 4,019 kg of milk, and Novosibirsk Oblast - 3,885 kg. Livestock
enterprises in Tomsk Oblast are implementing a number of investment projects. The largest of these is the project of Bolshedorohovskoye Moloko LLC for the construction of a livestock complex for 1,999 HEAD of cattle in the Asinovsky District. Upon reaching its design capacity, milk production at the enterprise will amount to 21 thousand tons of product per year. The volume of investments is 2.3 billion rubles.
SPK Belostok is expanding the production capacity of its branch - a dairy farm in the village of Pudovka, Krivosheinsky District. As part of the project, machinery is purchased and installed. The volume of investments will amount to 626 million rubles.
OOO Zarechnoye is implementing an investment project to modernize a dairy farm for 800 cows. After its implementation, 5.7 thousand tons of milk will be produced here. The volume of investments in the project is 310 million rubles.
The top five leaders in the region in milk production include OOO Sibirskoye Moloko, which produced 10,866 tons in the first half of 2025; SPK Belostok - 4,502 tons; SPK Mezheninovsky - 4,186 tons; SPK Nelyubino - 4,001 tons; and AO Dubrovskoye - 3,612 tons.
