Harvesting continues in Tomsk region

Five farms in the Kozhevnikovsky and Asinovsky districts have started harvesting winter grain. The average yield today is 29.7 centners per hectare.
Winter rye is being harvested by Voronovskoye LLC and Niva KFH: 1,200 tons have been threshed from 400 hectares and 338 tons from 150 hectares, respectively.
Farmers from Letyazhye KFH, Avangard LLC and Uspekh SPK have started harvesting winter wheat. In total, 2,382 tons have been threshed from 770 hectares.
Forage harvesting in Tomsk Oblast has crossed the "halfway point". The farms prepared 25.13 thousand tons of hay (40.8% of the plan), 118.3 thousand tons of haylage (83.7%) and 29.9 thousand tons of grain haylage (38.6%), which amounts to 15.2 centners per conventional head of cattle (with a plan of 29.7 centners).
