The harvesting campaign continues in the Tomsk region

As of September 5, 25.2% of the plan was fulfilled. 93.5 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops were harvested from an area of ​​41.5 thousand hectares. The average yield at the moment is 23 c/ha.
Among the leaders in terms of harvesting rates is the Asinovsky district (31.5% of the plan was harvested). Next come Tomsk (27.2%), Pervomaisky (24.7%) and Kozhevnikovsky (24.6%) districts. In terms of yield, the Shegarsky district is in first place - 28.6 c/ha.
As of Tuesday morning, 92.6% of winter wheat, 97% of winter rye, 13.1% of spring wheat, 16% of oats, 42.5% of barley and 84.7% of peas had been harvested.
The vegetable farms are actively harvesting vegetables and harvesting potatoes. 1,722 tons of potatoes were dug , 980 tons of cabbage, 390 tons of beets, 352 tons of carrots were harvested.
Winter grain sowing is carried out by farms in Kozhevnikovsky (76.6%), Tomsky (36.1%) and Pervomaisky (23.3%) districts. On average for the region, the plan was fulfilled by 59.6%.
Preparation of plowed land is underway in seven districts of the region. 8.8 thousand hectares of fields were processed.
