In Tatarstan, the inspection of the material and technical infrastructure of elevators and grain receiving facilities for the 2025 grain harvest has begun. Every year, in order to provide practical assistance and in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan , this work is carried out with the mandatory involvement of representatives of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TsOK AIC." Tatyana Menlikieva,
DIRECTOR of the Tatarstan branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TsOK AIC," and Idris Gatin, Deputy Director, were part of a working group visiting the first facilities in Kazan and the Zelenodolsk district. The total volume of grain planned for storage at these facilities this year is 80,000 tons and 300,000 tons, respectively.
"Following the inspection, a mandatory inspection report is drawn up for the facility." "The working group members are paying special attention to the condition of grain storage facilities, production and technological laboratories, the availability of necessary up-to-date documentation, compliance with occupational HEALTH and safety requirements, the effectiveness of preventive disinfection measures, and other equally important issues," explained Tatyana Menlikieva.
As the director of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TsOK AIC" in the Republic of Tatarstan noted, the material and technical base for grain storage in the Republic of Tatarstan consists of 37 elevators and grain receiving facilities in 27 districts. During the grain harvesting period, these facilities must not only be able to receive the grain but also have the necessary storage conditions, namely drying, cleaning, and ventilation to meet regulatory standards, to preserve its quality. A mandatory requirement is the proper functioning of the equipment, including grain dryers, mechanical samplers, and calibrated weighing equipment.
On-site inspections of the readiness of the material and technical base of grain receiving facilities and elevators, with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, municipal districts, and the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TsOK AIC" in the Republic of Tatarstan, will be completed by July 4.
