
In agricultural enterprises and peasant farms of the Republic of Bashkortostan, MILK yield per feed cow since the beginning of the year amounted to 5 thousand 131 kg.
Traditionally, the Zianchurinsky farms have the highest rates; on average, they received more than 8.5 thousand kg of milk from each cow. The top three also included Meleuz and Uchalinsky farms, which received 7.6 thousand kg and 7.1 thousand kg of milk per cow, respectively, since the beginning of the year. Since the beginning of the year, the milestone of 5 thousand kg of milk per cow has been overcome in 15 leading dairy regions.
We add that the gross milk yield in the republic since the beginning of the year amounted to 622.7 thousand tons. This is higher than last year by 20.7 thousand tons.
