The second stage of the pig complex of the Russkoye Pole agricultural firm, which is located in the village of Kamyshi, Kurtamyshsky municipal district, is ready: a reproducer for 500 sows, farrowing and rearing plots, as well as two fattening plots have been built. At present, the exterior finishing of buildings with a bright yellow metal profile is underway, street lighting and a video surveillance system are being installed, concrete slatted floors are being laid, after which the installation of equipment will begin, and in April it is planned to bring in breeding stock.
The entire technological process will be controlled by computers, including providing an appropriate microclimate, feed and water supply, as well as a manure removal system. Nevertheless, it is planned to employ 12 operators at the new production facility. The construction of the second stage of the pig farm was not cheap for the farm: the total costs amounted to more than 200 million rubles.
“No matter how difficult it was, we managed without borrowed funds and did not take loans for construction,” said Sergey Aleksandrovich Koryukin, founder of the Russkoye Pole agricultural company.
With the launch of the second stage and the output of the pig farm to its design capacity, the number of pigs on the farm will increase from seven to fifteen thousand heads, which will make it the largest in the region.
To date, 120 people work in the Russkoye Pole agricultural firm - these are residents of Kamyshi and nearby settlements. Eminent, experienced machine operators also work here, and young cadres are not inferior to them. Competitions are constantly held, results are summed up, bonuses are paid. The economy also pays great attention to the social sphere, incl. provision of housing for the specialists of the enterprise - in recent years, the farm has built nine apartments, which are allocated to its employees free of charge, and after ten years of work they become their property. In addition, more than ten apartments were purchased by the farm on the secondary market and also transferred to its employees.
Speaking about the plans, the HEAD of the enterprise, Sergey Koryukin, recalled that 2021 was an anniversary for the enterprise - the agricultural company celebrated its 20th anniversary. During this time, a path has been covered from a small peasant farm with 500 hectares of arable land to a modern enterprise with high-tech production and a well-established infrastructure for marketing products. The next goal is to produce up to 2,000 tons of slaughter pork per year and increase income from its production to 400-450 million rubles.
