“Specialists believe that the production of premium quality meat is a promising direction. Marble beef will be produced in the suburbsand deliver to restaurants in the region. it is planned to build and equip premises for animals for 50 animals. After the production reaches full capacity, it will receive up to 9-10 tons of top quality meat annually. For the implementation of the project, entrepreneurs were allocated a plot of land with an area of 50 hectares for rent without bidding,” said Georgy Filimonov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region, who is in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
The project is being implemented in the Dmitrovsky District by the farming enterprise "Absolute Products". The farm will introduce Japanese technologies for growing productive animals. Including cows of the Hereford breed will be crossed with the Japanese Wagyu breed. This will improve the quality of meat and get a unique product.
To obtain premium quality meat, the farm plans to pay special attention to the maintenance and feeding of animals. So, you need a good forage base. Red clover, vetch-oat mixture, perennial cereal grasses will be grown on the lands for this purpose. It also provides for the purchase of grain crops.
In addition, the farm plans to purchase high-tech equipment that will massage the cows daily. In winter, animals will be kept in heated rooms without a leash. In the summer season, free walking on pastures is planned.
