In the Moscow region, early open ground vegetables were harvested from an area of ​​0.8 thousand hectares.
“The gross harvest amounted to more than 17 thousand tons. To date, the average yield of vegetables is 219 q/ha. Last year, this figure was 150 centners per hectare of land,” said Georgy Filimonov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region, who is in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Also, potatoes
were dug out from an area of ​​more than 248 hectares . The gross harvest amounted to 7.2 thousand tons, which already exceeds the figures of the previous year by 5.9 thousand tons. Now the average potato yield is 290 c/ha, last year it was 245 c/ha. Cabbage, beets, peas , gourds and other crops are grown in the Moscow region .
