FERMER OLEG SIROTA LLC has received a permit to build a blue cheese production facility in the Istra municipal district. The project is expected to attract approximately 163 million rubles in investment.

Once it reaches its design capacity, the facility will produce 342 tons of blue cheese annually. The project will create approximately 20 jobs for residents of the municipal district.

The farm's product range includes hard and semi-hard cheeses , yogurts, and dairy products . In 2016, the peasant farm was named the winner of a competition to select family livestock farms. The grant funds were used to build a 100-head cattle farm , a milking and dairy unit, and purchase 100 cows. Also in 2017, the farm received a grant to support cheese producers, purchasing cheesemaking equipment. Currently, production volume is 600 heads of cheese, or 3.5 tons, per day.
