The production of sugar, dairy products, bakery and confectionery products increased in the Penza region

According to official data from the territorial statistics service, according to the results of 7 months of 2021, the production of dairy products in the Penza region increased by 8% compared to the same period last year, including 10.6% - the production of MILK, except for raw milk, and dairy products.

Also, according to the statistics service, the production of bakery and FLOUR confectionery products increased by 5.2% in the region compared to the same period in 2020. There is an increase in the production of products of the flour-grinding and cereal industries.

SUGAR production increased by 20.7% in the region.
