Quarantine phytosanitary zones and quarantine phytosanitary regimes for barbels of the genus Monochamus have been established in the Penza region

As a result of control surveys in the Kuznetsk district of the Penza region, employees of the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza region identified outbreaks of quarantine pests - black pine longhorn (Monochamus galloprovincialis (Olivier), small black spruce longhorn beetle (Monochamus sutor L.), large black spruce barbel (Monochamus urussovi Fischer).In
this regard, quarantine phytosanitary zones and quarantine phytosanitary regimes were established by the orders of the Office: by order of 01.07.2022 No. 77-pp - for a large black spruce barbel (Monochamus urussovi (Fischer); order of 01.07.2022 No. 78-pp - for small black spruce barbel (M. sutor (L.); by order of 07/01/2022. No. 79-pp - for black pine barbel (M. galloprovincialis (Olivier).
Quarantine phytosanitary zones are established within the following boundaries:

Rules for conducting quarantine phytosanitary inspections of regulated objects and establishing a quarantine phytosanitary zone and a quarantine phytosanitary regime” at a distance of 1 km. The total area of ​​the quarantine phytosanitary zone is 672 ha.
