A new cottage cheese production facility was built in the Nizhny Novgorod region with government support

JSC “Knyagininskoye Moloko” commissioned a new production facility for the production of cottage cheese in the city of Knyaginino, Nizhny Novgorod region, which was created with government support.
During a working visit to the Knyaginsky municipal district, the dairy plant was visited by the Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Andrey Sanosyan and the Minister of Agriculture and Food Resources of the region Nikolay Denisov.
“The new cottage cheese production meets modern product quality requirements. This gives the company a competitive advantage in the fight for a buyer who is today ready to vote in rubles for a quality product. All production processes in production - from the acceptance of raw materials to finished products - are automated, which allows increasing labor productivity. The volume of investment in the facility amounted to 1.2 billion rubles, of which the dairy plant raised 800 million under the federal program at a preferential rate of four percent per annum. Due to the regional subsidy, the rate was reduced to one percent. We consider this support algorithm to be one of the most effective measures. According to this scheme, large investment projects have already been implemented at dairy factories in Nizhny Novgorod and Pavlov,” said Andrey Sanosyan.
The new curd production of Knyagininskoye Moloko JSC is designed to produce 14 tons of finished products per day. Thanks to the implementation of the project, about 30 jobs were created at the enterprise.
“In the last three years, dairy processing enterprises in the region have made a noticeable step in development - they have updated their material and technical base, launched new production lines and workshops, introducing the most modern technologies. This made it possible to increase the output of dairy products and expand their range. It is important that dairies purchase raw materials from our agricultural producers, who are also increasing production volumes. For example, over the 10 months of this year, agricultural organizations and farms in the region produced more than 525 thousand tons of MILK, which is almost four percent more than the corresponding period in 2022. The increase is due to an increase in animal productivity, as well as due to the launch of new dairy farms. This year, agricultural enterprises built and reconstructed 17 livestock breeding facilities with a total capacity of 5.6 thousand heads of cattle . The volume of investments in projects exceeded a billion rubles. At the same time, part of the costs incurred was compensated to enterprises under the regional program,” said Nikolai Denisov, Minister of Agriculture and Food Resources of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
For all questions related to the provision of state support, agricultural enterprises can contact the administration of the municipality where they conduct production activities.
As part of the visit to the Knyagininsky municipal district, the deputy governor and the HEAD of the regional Ministry of Agriculture also visited the cultural center, reconstructed under the state program “Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories,” and the Knyagininsky University, where they discussed issues of training personnel for the agro-industrial complex and creating comfortable living conditions for students and rural workers.
