Specialists of the department of supervision in the field of plant quarantine, quality and safety of grain and seed production in the Republic of Mordovia of the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR in the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza region during the event without interaction by analyzing the information contained in the EGAIS Portal accounting system and transactions with it, in relation to the individual entrepreneur Kutuzov S.V. violations of Art. 21 and Art. 32 of the Federal Law of July 21, 2014 No. 206-FZ "On Plant Quarantine".

established that SP Kutuzov C.The. allowed the EXPORT and transportation of pine logs from the quarantine phytosanitary zone of the Krasnoslobodsky district of the Republic of Mordovia without issuing a quarantine certificate. On the territory of the Krasnoslobodsky district, by order of the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Mordovia dated October 22, 2009 No. 353-p, a quarantine phytosanitary zone was established and a quarantine phytosanitary regime was introduced for quarantine pests of coniferous forests - black pine barbel and large black spruce barbel.

Responsibility for such violations is provided for in Art. 10.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The company was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of such offenses.
