The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan honored Ildar Nikiforov, Chairman of the Board of the Union of Bread Producers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
For his many years of productive work and achievements in the industrial baking industry, Ildar Nikiforov was awarded the "Honored Worker of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Russia" badge.
His practical experience, strong knowledge of economics, and ability to effectively monitor the financial and economic performance of bakeries allowed him to gain a realistic picture of the situation at the enterprises and make timely management decisions to improve economics, reduce production costs, and increase product profitability.
On behalf of Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, First Deputy Minister Lenar Garipov congratulated him for his achievements and contribution to the development of the republic's baking industry.
Tatarstan's food market is developing; the republic is fully self-sufficient in basic food products through its own production, including bread supplies totaling 100% of the standard per capita, which aligns with the goals and objectives of the national project "Technological Support for Food Security."
