The Gryazinsky cultivator plant began serial production of a disc cultivator for the introduction of anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizers. The new tillage machine allows not only to choose the type of fertilizer to be applied, but also to adjust the distance between the working bodies. it can work both on the continuous field, and in a row-spacing. The use of a disc coulter ensures minimal destruction of the topsoil and reduces the load on the tractor.

The plant's investments in design development, manufacturing of tooling and welding equipment, as well as the creation of a prototype amounted to 8.9 million rubles. By the end of the month, two more cultivators will be commissioned, one of which has already been sold and will be used on the fields of SHP START LLC in the Yelets district. Previously, this farm considered buying a similar American-made car, but after studying all the characteristics, it settled on the products of its native region.

As production volumes increase, it is planned to purchase additional metalworking equipment for a total of 9.7 million rubles, as well as create 12 jobs. “In the Lipetsk region, the possibilities of replacing imported machinery and equipment with analogues of Russian production are being fully used,” said the HEAD of the region, Igor Artamonov.
