Measures are being taken in Kuzbass to promote employment of the rural population
Within the framework of the state program "Integrated Development of Rural Territories", measures are being taken in the region to support the staffing of the agro-industrial complex. This is a federal subsidy that is issued to enterprises in the agro-industrial complex in two ways: reimbursement of up to 90% of the costs associated with the remuneration and accommodation of students involved in internships, as well as reimbursement of 90% of the costs of student contracts concluded with employees.
“Kuzbass agricultural enterprises are constantly modernizing and introducing modern technologies into their work. The key condition for this development is highly qualified specialists who are ready to constantly learn new things and use this knowledge in production. This support is important because it helps agricultural producers in solving the personnel issue and providing the agricultural industry with professionals in their field,” comments Denis Ilyin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Kuzbass for the agro-industrial complex.
So, in the first direction, subsidies in the total amount of 907.8 thousand rubles were received by five agricultural enterprises; the cost of training existing employees in the total amount of 314.6 thousand rubles was reimbursed by 6 enterprises.
