
From July 12th to 13th, the Kazan Family Center will host the "Tastes of Russia" gastronomic festival, in conjunction with the "Tasty Kazan" festival. The main mission is to introduce consumers to the diversity of Russian flavors and showcase the development potential of regional food brands.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marsel Makhmutov announced at the "Tastes of RUSSIA x Tasty Kazan" press conference that the project aims to draw attention to small businesses, increase the competitiveness and recognition of locally branded products by embracing the traditions, culture, and ethnic characteristics of Russia's regions.
According to Marsel Makhmutov, the main goals are to showcase the gastronomic diversity of regionally branded products, promote natural farm products, and unite producers and consumers in support of the national project "Technological Support for Food Security."
The Republic of Tatarstan will be represented at the gastronomic festival by "Vorontsov Cheeses."Elbette ice cream , Bonbon marmalade and lemonade, and herbal teas from the Zagotovitel private farm. More than 120 participants from 40 regions of Russia are expected.
Novooskolskie Myasnye Istorii from the Belgorod Region will present a unique cheese with rose petals and a frying cheese with mint and basil.
Obaldini from the Vladimir Region will treat guests to natural cream and cheese candies. Guests will find delicious ham
on the shelves of OTELHAMON from the Krasnodar Region and Era Vkusa from the Leningrad Region
. Volgorechensk from the Kostroma Region will bring true gold—black caviar.
Azbuka Severa (Sakha Republic (Yakutia)) and Yamalik (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) will offer venison and elk products
. OAXAKA Chocolate will bring the most unusual chocolate dragees to the Sverdlovsk region.
The event will include a gastronomic show, engaging master classes, performances by local creative groups, and an evening concert featuring headliners Irina Saltykova and Slame.
