
At the Festival of Farm Products, which took place last Saturday, February 17, in Ivanovo, in the Euroland shopping center, 26 local agricultural producers presented their products.
The fair featured cheeses , dairy products , sausages and deli meats, smokedfish , bread, honey and confectionery from farms and processing enterprises in the Ivanovo region. Among the participants are “Vasilievsky Gingerbread”, “Gagarin Family Cheese Factory”, “Sytaya Dusya”, “Ecoproduct”, “Cheese Farm”, “Slavyanka”, Puchezhsky CHEESE FACTORY, Pavel Kabanov’s Craft House, “Cosby-M”, “Dereveskaya” sausage”, “Cheeses from Kulikov” and others. Farmer Oksana Vasenina from Lezhnevsky district brought flower bulbs to the festival.
The next fair will take place on Saturday, March 2, at the Euroland shopping center and will be timed to coincide with International Women's Day.
Festivals of farm products have been held in the region on behalf of Governor Stanislav Voskresensky since 2018. Farmers turned to the HEAD of the region with a request for assistance in organizing the sale of their products. All seats at such fair events, as well as trade equipment, are provided to its participants free of charge. Many festival participants are recipients of Agrostartup grant support.
Let us remind you that Agrostartup grants are provided within the framework of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives,” which has been implemented by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin since 2019. As part of the national project, 115 new farms have been created in the Ivanovo region over five years.
