The results of work for 2021 were summed up at the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Rosselkhozcenter in the Republic of Tatarstan

On Friday, January 28, 2022, a video conference was held online in Tatarstan on the topic “Results of the activity of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Rosselkhozcenter in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2021”.
The conference was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, heads and specialists of the branch, heads and chief specialists of the interdistrict and district departments of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosselkhozcenter" for the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting was opened by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
During the videoconference, Vitaly Novichkov, HEAD of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosselkhozcenter" in the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke and reported on the results of the branch's activities for 2021. He spoke about the services rendered to agricultural producers of the republic: about the variety renewal of the seed stock of grain, leguminous and cereal crops, about conducting a phytopathological analysis of seeds sown in the republic and determining their sowing qualities, about the results of soil variety control and phytosanitary monitoring, as well as other works held by the specialists of the branch in 43 municipal districts of Tatarstan.
Vitaliy Novichkov paid special attention to the AgroExpert information system, describing in detail its capabilities. This program in 2021 is equipped with additional functions: monitoring of irrigated lands, seed crops, reporting on various forms, formation of phytomaps for harmful objects, which allows agricultural producers to organize and carry out timely protective measures on crops. In October last year, the program was registered with Rospatent and put into operation in 76 regions of the Russian Federation.
Vitaly Novichkov focused the attention of the videoconference participants on the services provided by the Testing Center of the branch to farmers (checking seeds, checking and determining the content of the active substance in pesticides, the content of GMOs in agricultural products, etc.), on the need and relevance of these services for efficient agricultural production. The testing center of the Tatarstan branch of Rosselkhoztsentr was accredited by Rosakkreditatsiya last year.
The meeting also discussed the production of biological plant protection products, including beneficial insects. The branch is developing five types of entomophages.
The services of the Rosselkhoztsentr branch have become more accessible for gardeners, gardeners, and owners of personal subsidiary plots. In 2021, consultation centers will be opened and provide services in eleven districts of Tatarstan, where gardeners, gardeners, farmers can not only purchase seeds, seedlings and plant protection products, but also get advice from specialists in the cultivation of vegetable and flower crops in their backyards and summer cottages.
Heads of regional departments of the Tatarstan branch of Rosselkhoztsentr reported on the features of the services provided in municipal districts.
Thus, the head of the department, Afka Sarvarov, reported on the activities of the Aktanysh district department. He spoke in detail about the work carried out by the department during the year, drew attention to the need to analyze seeds before sowing, especially legumes, since the analysis reveals their infection with caryopsis (bruchus).
Speaking about the services provided, the head of the Drozhzhanovsky district department of the branch, Islametdin Nizamov, paid attention to the results of the use of biological plant protection products in the experimental fields of the district, their effectiveness and the resulting crop yield.
Summing up the results of the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov emphasized the effectiveness and relevance of the services provided by specialists of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosselkhozcenter" for the Republic of Tatarstan to farmers in the field of crop production (seed production and plant protection), set tasks for specialists branch for 2022, wished everyone success in work and HEALTH.
