The pace of harvesting in the Chelyabinsk region is accelerating. Following the threshing of winter crops, farmers begin harvesting spring crops. So far, only a tenth of the new crop has been harvested - more than 200 thousand tons. New machinery is rushing from the factories to the fields.
“Today we already see what will happen with the harvest,” says the first deputy minister of agriculture of the region Evgeny Litvinov, “the first 150,000 hectares of grain have been threshed, and 215,000 tons of grain have been harvested. We must pay tribute to our farmers, they are well prepared for the harvest campaign. First of all, we purchased 159 tractors and 63 combines, which will make it easier for us to harvest. In general, since the beginning of the year, farmers have already purchased various equipment worth 2 billion rubles. This will help to meet the planned indicators for the collection of crops.”
The new equipment is highly productive, provides comfort in work and accelerates the pace of work. It is necessary to harvest 1 million 960 thousand hectares of agricultural crops, this is the largest sown area in the Urals Federal District.
This summer has been full of worries. According to experts, since May, there have been three dangerous periods in the region with abnormally high temperatures, which did not allow to obtain traditionally high yields in the collection of winter crops.and cereals of the first sowing dates. Today, the highest grain yield is recorded in the Sosnovsky district - 25.9 centners per hectare, in the southern Agapovsky district they thresh at 16 centners per hectare, in Kizilsky - so far 11.3 centners per hectare. In Argayashsky and Krasnoarmeisky, they harvest 19 centners per hectare. Estimated yields are higher on grain crops of the second and third sowing terms, Anna Kozhevina, HEAD of the Department for the Development of Crop Production and Small Business Forms of the Regional Ministry, comments on the course of the harvesting campaign . These crops fell under the rains and today they are pouring with ripeness.
The Sitno company will have to thresh 31,000 hectares. This will cover part of the needs of the diversified holding in raw materials for the production of FLOUR, bread and animal feed for growing poultry. The first harvested crops in the Nagaybak district yielded more than 25 q/ha.
The Magnitogorsk Bakery Sitno delivers its products from the Far East to the extreme western point of RUSSIA. This year we are faced with the task of obtaining an average yield of 30 centners per hectare. Therefore, for the second year we have been testing the technology of preliminary insertion of complex mineral fertilizers before sowing. This allows us to harvest up to 40 centners per hectare. The species yield is not so high in all fields, but there are fields where we will get 40-50 centners per hectare, and on average for the holding we will get 25-30 centners, - says Vasily Lomakin, DIRECTOR of the crop production department of the Sitno company .
The new T500 harvesters manufactured by Rostselmash will help thresh the productive fields. With the start of harvesting, Sitno received six such harvesters of a new modification - more powerful and comfortable.
“Last year, I threshed almost 3,000 tons of grain on the Vector,” says Fyodor Mineev, a combine harvester and tractor driver from the Sitno company. – I have been driving agricultural machinery for almost forty years. Such harvesters first came to the region, they are powerful and everything is done for comfort, they have already been improved. Experts say that they have high productivity, they thresh cleaner, for example, they have a yield map installed and they are more automated, they do multi-stage grain cleaning.”
The new harvesters, according to the agricultural holding, will help speed up the harvesting process, because each of them replaces one and a half of the previous Vector 410. Since the beginning of the year, the farmers of the South Urals have purchased equipment worth almost 2 billion rubles. Now we need to collect almost 2 million tons of grain.
