16 rural social facilities will be improved in the Chelyabinsk region

In four rural districts of the Chelyabinsk region, work is underway to upgrade social, cultural and sports facilities. Financing for improvement under the state program for the integrated development of rural areas increased by 11 million rubles compared to last year and amounted to 137 million rubles.

Within the framework of the state program, which is financed from the regional and federal budgets, by the end of 2021, in addition to improvement facilities, the construction of a road in the Krasnoarmeisky district will be completed, more than 3 thousand square meters of housing will be purchased (or built) by rural residents. Yevgeny Nedbaylo, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the region, reported on the implementation of the program at a meeting of the committee on agrarian policy of the regional Legislative Assembly.

410.9 million rubles are planned to finance the state program for the integrated development of rural areas in 2021, of which 316.8 million rubles are from the federal budget and 94.1 million rubles from the regional budget. They are directed to the implementation of three areas of the program: improving the living conditions of the villagers, building roads in rural areas and improving socially significant facilities.
Social payments for the improvement of housing conditions in the total amount of 85.2 million rubles (including 71.2 million rubles from the regional budget) have already been received by 53 families. With these funds, they will build or purchase 3,616 sq. m. meters of housing.

A new highway with a length of 8.2 km will be put into operation in the Krasnoarmeisky district, connecting the village of Pashnino with the Kanashevo-Kaluga-Solovievka road.
As part of the area of ​​improvement in Uvelsky, Kizilsky, Bredinsky and Verkhneuralsky districts, construction and reconstruction of 16 social infrastructure facilities is underway. 137.4 million rubles were allocated for these works from the regional and federal budgets. Eleven objects have already been completed, the remaining five will be updated before the end of the year.

In the Kizilsky district, a regional library and a club in the village of Polotsk have already been opened after repairs. The roofs of schools in the village of Kizilskoye, the settlements of Ural, Novopokrovsky and Karabulak were capitally repaired. In the village of Syrtinsky, a kindergarten and a gym in a local club have been renovated. In Izmailovsky, the repair of the school gym is being completed.

In the Bredinsky district, a club in the village of Pavlovsky has been overhauled, and an updated regional House of Culture will soon open, for which a bus has already been purchased.

In the villages of Babarykinsky and Smelovsky of the Verkhneuralsky district, capital repairs of gyms in schools are also being completed.

In with. Kichigino, Uvelsky district, will open its doors to a large modern cultural and leisure center by the end of the year, the construction of which, in combination with a block boiler house, began last year.

As Evgeny Nedbaylo noted, all these facilities increase the level of comfort of life in rural areas:
- The main condition of the program to upgrade the social infrastructure is that local residents and municipal authorities jointly decide which objects to choose for transformation, what needs to be done for a more comfortable and comfortable life for people. For example, Houses of Culture are real centers of life for the village, and over the two years of the program, we were able to repair them, make them modern in eight settlements. Sports facilities have been renovated and built in ten villages. The program is also remarkable in that 90% of the necessary funds are added to the funds of local budgets and investors from the federal and regional budgets.
Recall that in 2020, in the direction of the improvement of rural settlements, 4 districts worked in the program - Uvelsky, Kizilsky, Uisky, Nagaybaksky. 126.8 million rubles were allocated for the implementation of projects.

4 clubs, 6 sports facilities were overhauled, including a new school sports hall in the village of Nagorny, a modern football field in the village of Kizilsky, a bus and a car for the social sector were purchased, gas was supplied to residential buildings in two villages. In Fershampenoise, the first rural ski-roller track in the region was built.

To participate in the program in 2022, the projects of four districts have already passed a preliminary competitive selection at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
