Interregional Agro-Industrial Conference to be held in Chelyabinsk

The Interregional Agro-Industrial Conference will be held in Chelyabinsk on February 5–6 with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Chelyabinsk Region and will bring together industry leaders. They will present the latest technologies, products and services that will help solve key problems of agribusiness.
The official partners of MAK 2025 include suppliers of material resources for agriculture, government and banking structures. Thus, the companies OOO SibAgroCenter, OOO RUSID, AO Shchyolkovo Agrokhim will introduce the achievements of domestic selection in plant growing, with seeds of productive and resistant to the Ural climate agricultural crops. Modern fertilizers and chemical plant protection products will be presented by OOO PhosAgro-SeveroZapad, AO Shchyolkovo Agrokhim, OOO Chebarkulskaya Ptitsa.
Technical solutions for the agro-industrial complex will be demonstrated by PAO Rostselmash, OOO Altai-Tent.
Various support measures for farmers will be presented by the Chelyabinsk regional branch of JSC Rosselkhozbank, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Chelyabinsk Region - the My Business Center. Specialists from the My Business Center will talk about the prospects of agritourism in the Chelyabinsk Region and organize a presentation of farm products from local producers, where participants will be able to taste environmentally friendly products. The
conference program includes 15 business events of interest to various categories of specialists.
The first day of the conference will open with a plenary session "Strategies for the Agro-Industrial Complex and Technological Reboot of the Industry", where leading experts and practitioners of the industry will meet. In addition, there will be industry sessions on poultry farming and crop production and a training seminar on state grain procurement through tenders and grain trading on the exchange. Speakers will discuss current topics, talk about practical approaches to increasing profitability and reducing costs.
On the second day of the conference, special attention will be paid to the farming community of the Urals. Participants will have a general meeting of members of the Union of Peasant (Farm) Households and Agricultural Cooperatives of the Chelyabinsk Region, direct communication between farmers and restaurateurs of the region, an open dialogue with representatives of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR , as well as a discussion of key issues of state support, financing of agricultural start-ups, agritourism and development of cooperation.
At thematic sessions, participants will study current issues of agroecology, get acquainted with real cases of digital implementation, new digitalization tools for various areas of the agro-industrial complex.
