Today, enterprises of the agro-industrial complex need young promising specialists. Future farmers in the Chelyabinsk region are trained both in the South Ural State Agrarian University and in the agro-industrial technical schools of the region. The personnel departments of companies conduct a kind of hunt for graduates of specialized educational institutions. One of the means of such a "hunt" is job fairs. On the day of the student youth forum, such a "fair" was also organized - in the foyer of the assembly hall of SUSU, where specialists from enterprises introduced the forum participants to their production facilities.
