“In the outgoing year, several large investment projects were implemented in the region's agriculture, which made it possible to optimize production, improve product quality and, importantly, provide jobs for the inhabitants of the region. For 9 months of 2021, 640 new jobs have been created in the agro-industrial complex of Kuzbass,” said Sergey Tsivilev, Governor of Kuzbass.
For example, 185 new jobs were created due to the opening of LLC SPK Chistogorsky after a major overhaul in the Novokuznetsk district. And at Chebulinskoye LLC, a modernized grain drying complex with modern cleaning equipment was introduced and a new grain drying complex with a capacity of 600 tons of grain per day was built, which made it possible to create 39 jobs.
“Highly qualified specialists are especially valued at modern enterprises, and we are interested in helping agricultural producers solve the personnel issue. There is federal support for this,” added Andrey Aritkulov, Minister of Agriculture and Processing Industry of Kuzbass.
As part of the support for the staffing of the agro-industrial complex of the state program "Integrated Development of Rural Territories", enterprises are given a federal subsidy in two areas: reimbursement of up to 90% of the costs associated with wages and accommodation of students involved in practical training, as well as reimbursement of 90% of the costs of apprenticeship agreements concluded with employees.
Thus, thanks to the program, in 2021, eight enterprises of the region compensated a total of 2.9 million rubles for the cost of 102 students undergoing internships with them. 24 agricultural producers sent 69 of their employees for advanced training and reimbursed the costs for this in the total amount of 3.3 million rubles.
