In 2022, it is planned to launch a flour mill in the Krasnodar Territory

In the Krasnodar Territory, they are preparing to open a new FLOUR mill. The first stage of the enterprise is planned to be launched in October 2022. The plant will be able to reach its full capacity after the commissioning of the second stage - approximately in April 2023. The project will create more than 70 jobs.

Governor Veniamin Kondratyev discussed the implementation of the project with Nurettin Demirpolat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish company Petek Un, and Andrey Andreev, the investor and adviser to Stroyavto LLC.

“Kuban remains the leading producer in RUSSIA not only in terms of volume, but also in terms of grain quality. Wheat is our main EXPORT crop, it is in consistently high demand in many countries of the world. But today we are betting on its processing. Last year we supplied over 14,000 tons of flour. I hope that your experience in the world market will allow you to expand the export potential of the Kuban and increase these figures,” said Veniamin Kondratiev.

Nurettin Demirpolat noted that the Krasnodar Territory, as one of the main exporters of wheat, should take a high place in the supply of flour.

“Each country has its own taste preferences and specifics. We plan that our plant will be able to process up to 311 thousand tons of grain per year, produce up to 40 types of wheat flour. In the future - corn, rye flour, bran. The bulk of the production will be export-oriented. We have already found a suitable area for the project, bought the elevator,” said Nurettin Demirpolat.

A flour mill is going to be built in the village of Kholmskaya on the basis of an elevator farm. Andrey Andreev noted that the existing buildings will be reconstructed at the enterprise, three production lines for grain supply and cleaning, a waste processing system, transshipment and grinding sections will be opened. Also in the plans are the construction of a feed mill, the installation of a corn processing line.

The investor implements the project using its own and borrowed funds.
