pionerprodukt.by continues to acquaint you with the Idiyatullin farm. Today we will see how the stable is arranged, how the split for horses is made, we will talk about farm equipment and haymaking.
All covered buildings on the farm are built by the family without the involvement of intermediaries, using only a telescopic loader.
There are several unique horses in the stalls that do not graze in the herd. Among them are sports horses, an English horse, a stallion who is preparing to compete in a goat-drake (national Turkic game), a white-maned horse for filming commercials, a heavyweight horse, as well as a stallion with a bad temper, which is under arrest.
The stable has a large enough split in which the horse can be isolated for various procedures such as milking, vaccination, microchipping, and shaving.
It is necessary to shave the horse, because there are a lot of burdocks on pastures, which cling to the mane and can get into the eyes. A thorn of burdock, hitting the eye of a horse, can cause visual impairment, and the horse will be culled. Grooming horses is a good anti-burdock prophylaxis. Also, a tick often hibernates on the top of the horse in the mane, which in the spring can infect the animal with piroplasmosis, so you have to shave off the mane at the top of the head along with the ticks. In addition, a shaved horse can be quickly distinguished in a strange herd if it is lost.
The most convenient vehicle that any horse breeder needs to have is an ATV! It is economical, fast, allows a long time is in motion. Its only drawback is the cost. Therefore, many horse farmers who have ATVs are asking a fair question: why are they not subsidized?
In addition to ATVs, the farm has a large fleet of agricultural machinery, consisting of four Belarus tractors, two balers, and mowers.
This technique is used to harvest hay for the winter.
We wish success to the Idiyatullins' farming!
