Scientists from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University are studying the experience of farmers in using Federal State Information System (FSIS) in agriculture.

Scientists from the Department of Agroeconomics of the Faculty of Economics at Lomonosov Moscow State University are conducting research on federal state information systems (FGIS) in agriculture:
FGIS "VetIS" (components Argus, Vesta, Galen, Mercury , Cerberus), FGIS "Argus-Fito", FGIS "Grain", FGIS "Seed Production", FGIS "Honest Sign", and EFIS ZSN.

Experts hope that the recommendations resulting from this study will make life easier for farmers, who are the foundation of the country's food security. To this end, a sociological survey is being conducted to determine which Federal State Information System (FSIS) agricultural producers use and what problems they encounter. Based on the research, recommendations for improving and simplifying the FSIS will be developed and then submitted to the Russian Ministry of Agriculture.

After completing the survey, you can distribute it to colleagues who are involved in:

  • registration of permits for the import and export of products across the state border;
  • registration of laboratory tests of controlled goods;
  • registration of products obtained using GMOs;
  • registration of the results of veterinary and sanitary examination of controlled goods;
  • preparation of veterinary accompanying documents, phytosanitary documents, accompanying documents for grain and other accompanying documents;
  • product labeling.
