Scientists from GUZ have invented a unique greenhouse for growing feed

Scientists from the State University of Land Management have developed a unique multi-storey greenhouse complex for year-round provision of cattle with green fodder using alternative energy sources.
The management of the greenhouse complex, located on the territory of JSC Zelenogradskoye and engaged in the production of MEAT and dairy products, asked the developers to optimize the process of utilization of livestock waste. The solution was multi-storey greenhouses, which provide the release of land used for growing haylage, reduce the cost of livestock products and the costs of year-round cultivation of green fodder for cattle , and increase the productive longevity of cattle.
The inventors proposed an alternative inexpensive source of energy - the use of plasma gasification and melting technology. it will provide the greenhouse complex with heat and light, environmentally friendly waste disposal, and also reduce production costs.
This invention has received a patent. It can be effectively used for growing other agricultural products. Among its authors are Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Honorary Land Surveyor of RUSSIA, Professor, DOCTOR of Economics Timur Papaskiri, Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences Yuri Chemodin and a group of research associates of the State Healthcare Institution.
The development has already been appreciated all over the world. The invention has received medals and diplomas.
