Three projects from the Lipetsk region were selected for the Agrotourism grant

In total, in 2023, the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA, as the organizer of the competition, will support 73 applications from 50 regions applying for state support.
From the Lipetsk region, they included representatives of the hospitality industry in agriculture from Dobrovsky, Gryazinsky and Stanovlyansky districts. The project of the Dobrovsky district "Living Village" involves recreation in a picturesque and ecologically clean area near the village of Preobrazhenovka, the preservation and development of folk traditions, the revival of folk crafts, the development of ecological farming, animal husbandry and the production of eco products. The local cooperative produces products from berries, mushrooms and medicinal herbs that grow in local forests and fields, and participates in the improvement of territories. The Gryazinsky district wants to attract tourists interested in fishing. Farmer Sergey Kukushkin "Ostrov" is engaged in aquaculture of carp and sturgeon fish, there is a workshop for the production of sturgeon caviar, stocked ponds with a convenient shore and footbridges, where you can fish all year round, and a large APPLE orchard. Guests can fry fish skewers, taste and purchase farm products, and just have a good time outdoors. it is planned to put guest houses and gazebos on the territory, to equip recreation areas. In the Stanovlyansky district, at the Western ranch, they are engaged in dairy goat breeding: they sellMILK and produce cheeses. It is planned to conduct excursions there for organized groups of tourists and private visitors, where it will be possible to see the process of production of dairy products, taste cheese and milk. There is also a stocked pond on the territory. It is equipped with places for fishing. Also, houses, a sports ground with off-season coverage, HEALTH paths, recreation areas and barbecue places will be built for guests.
All three Lipetsk projects within the framework of the Agrotourism grant received comprehensive support from the Competence Center of the AIC of the Lipetsk Region, whose specialists advised entrepreneurs, helped to draw up documents and prepare business plans.
As noted by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, this year the number of applications for participation in the competition for a grant "Agritourism" has doubled. The competition commission received 223 applications from 63 regions of the country. As a result of the selection, 73 projects have been identified in 50 subjects that will be able to receive state support. The total amount of federal funding will amount to 500 million rubles. Most of the projects relate to the field of animal husbandry and processing, fish farming, as well as cheese making, winemaking, beekeeping and fruit growing.
The maximum amount of the Agrotourism grant is 10 million rubles. Entrepreneurs who have invested at least 25% of their own funds can apply for this amount. The money will be spent on the creation of tourist accommodation facilities, their arrangement and connection to engineering communications, the purchase of tourist equipment, the improvement of the territory and other purposes. With the help of a grant, entrepreneurs can expand their business and generate additional income through an alternative distribution channel for products. The emergence of new tourist facilities in the regions will increase the attractiveness of rural areas and their sustainable development.
