A delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan , led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, is on a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan .
To study and learn from experience in cattle breeding , horse breeding and selection, and meat processing, the Tatarstan delegation visited major agro-industrial enterprises in Kazakhstan.
Today, as part of a working visit to Semey, the delegates visited the limited liability partnerships Zenkovskoye, Lazarev i K, Agrofirma Prirechnoye, APAI-EAST FOOD, and Qazaq Astyq Group.
The Tatarstan representatives learned about the cattle breeding process at Zenkovskoye LLP.
During the visit, the delegates also visited Lazarev i K, which produces 150 tons of beef and 12,520 tons of butter.
The Tatarstan delegation toured the operations of Prirechnoye Agrofirma, a private limited company that breeds over 2,890 purebred cattle of the Kazakh White-Headed and Auliekol breeds.
The delegates then visited APAI-EAST FOOD, a leading meat and sausage producer in Kazakhstan. Currently, the company produces over 100 types of cooked and smoked sausages, frankfurters, wieners, delicacies, and semi-finished meat products, with an annual capacity of 1,800 tons.
They then toured QAZAQ-ASTYQ GROUP, a leader in the oil extraction industry in Kazakhstan, with a daily production capacity of 1,000 tons of processed sunflower seeds. Currently, the enterprise produces 130,500 tons of unrefined vegetable oil, 112,500 tons of high-protein meal, 660 tons of phosphatide concentrate, and 14,000 tons of sunflower husk fuel pellets per year. In 2025, the second stage of the enterprise's development began—the production of packaged refined vegetable oil with a capacity of 200 tons per day.
Foreign economic relations are actively developing between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Tatarstan. Kazakhstan exports butter , products made from animal or vegetable fats, and confectionery. Tatarstan supplies milk , cream, cheese , whey, chocolate, jams, ketchup, andIce cream .
Mutually beneficial relationships strengthen partnerships and align with the goals of the national project "International Cooperation and Export."
