Over 48 thousand tons of poultry meat produced in Kuzbass since the beginning of the year

According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Processing Industry of Kuzbass, 48.4 thousand tons of poultry MEAT were produced in all categories of farms in the region in the first 9 months of 2024. The growth compared to last year was 15.5%.
“Kuzbass is traditionally the leader in egg production in Siberia, while increasing the volume every year. Over the past 5 years, per capita production has increased by 25%. Poultry meat production is also growing, having increased by 22% since 2019. More than half of the poultry meat production volume — 69% — comes from Kuzbassky Broiler LLC, another 21% — from Trudarmeyskaya Poultry Farm LLC,” noted Kuzbass Governor Ilya Seredyuk.
Farmers also contribute to the development of the poultry meat industry by expanding the range of high-quality and natural poultry products. Thus, in the Prokopyevsk district, on a goose farm in the peasant (farming) enterprise of Evgeny Kochetygov, they continue to develop the processing of products - goose and duck meat. The enterprise has created a full production cycle - from incubation to slaughter.
The Kuzbass poultry farms of the egg direction fully satisfy the need of the Kuzbass population for eggs. Thus, for 9 months of 2024, egg production amounted to 993.4 million pieces, the growth rate compared to the 2023 level is 101%.
The leader in egg production is Inskaya Poultry Farm LLC, which has produced 43% of eggs in the region or 427.6 million pieces since the beginning of the year. All the main production processes at the poultry farm are computerized, physical labor is practically excluded. Inskoye egg is popular not only in Kuzbass, but also in other regions - from Central RUSSIA to the Far East.
Breeding poultry farming is also developing. This year, Kuzbasskiy Broiler LLC received the status of a meat breeding farm. This is an additional incentive to increase the production of hatching eggs and day-old chicks not only for the company's own needs, but also for sale to other poultry farms. In 2024, the production of hatching eggs at Kuzbasskiy Broiler LLC has already increased by 2.7 million pieces or 11.1%. Snezhinskaya
Breeding Poultry Farm LLC not only provides breeding material to egg poultry farms in Kuzbass, but also supplies day-old chicks and breeding eggs to other regions of Russia, and cooperates with poultry enterprises in Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
