In the Stavropol Territory, the autumn-winter campaign for the preparation and repair of agricultural machinery for spring field work is in full swing. Based on the results of these works, in order to ensure the safe operation of self-propelled machines and other types of equipment, the State Technical Supervision Inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture of the region conducts a technical inspection of this equipment. Self-propelled agricultural and other machinery belonging to both legal entities and individuals is subject to technical inspection.
Last year, 68% of tractors and 73% of grain harvesters passed technical inspection. Unfortunately, not all agricultural producers and individuals qualitatively prepare equipment for technical inspection, which can endanger the HEALTH and life of people during the operation of such equipment.
To develop mechanisms for strengthening the responsibility of owners of self-propelled and other agricultural machinery and increasing the coverage of providing it for technical inspection, the HEAD of the Gostekhnadzor department, Sergei Ridny, met with the heads of the Petrovsky, Grachevsky, Novoaleksandrovsky, Izobilnensky, Krasnogvardeisky and Trunovsky districts. At the meetings, issues of safe operation of equipment and attractions in supervised territories, organization of technical inspections among legal entities and individuals were discussed.
“During the discussions of these issues, all heads of administrations treated this problem with understanding and spoke in favor of jointly resolving all emerging issues to improve the safe operation of self-propelled and other agricultural equipment and attractions on their territories,” Sergey Ridny noted.
The head of the department of Gostekhnadzor of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory plans to meet with all heads of district administrations and heads of territorial departments of agriculture in order to explain the importance of these events.
