In this video, we will talk about the domestic manufacturer of equipment for the dairy industry - Promtechnika. And also get acquainted with their development - a milking robot.
Promtechnika has been an industrial partner of Fullwood Paco for over 20 years, which has been developing and supplying advanced solutions for dairy farms for 90 years. The company's dealer network is constantly expanding due to reliability, individual approach to each dealer and exceptional quality of equipment and services.
The phased development of the milking robot started about ten years ago. Currently, the share of domestic parts is about seventy percent, while work is underway on full import substitution. The supply of robots has been carried out since 2016 in several dozen farms.
One robot can MILK about 70 cows. The average daily milk yield is about two thousand two hundred liters per robot. At the same time, one employee can serve up to eight robots. The cost of one robot is from twelve million rubles, while the state subsidy program applies to these products.
To transfer the farm to milking robots, no major restructuring of the premises is required, it is enough just to put them in order, make additional concrete platforms for the robot and, most importantly, lay a sewer. After that, specialists come to install the robot and stretch the air lines. The robot can be installed in any room.
The manufacturing company conducts training for specialists in working with a milking robot.
According to the developers, the milking robot allows farmers to increase the profitability of production, while creating a safe environment and comfort for staff and animals.
