831 units of agricultural machinery and equipment with a total value of 4.8 billion rubles were supplied by Rosagroleasing JSC as part of the program for the development of new regions in 2022-2023.
Agricultural producers of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), Lugansk People's Republic (LPR), as well as Zaporozhye and Kherson regions leased self-propelled, trailed and mounted equipment of Russian and Belarusian production on special financing conditions.
Thus, during this period, 91 tractors, 207 combines and over 530 units of other agricultural equipment were supplied to farmers in these regions. The most popular equipment was from Rostselmash, MINSK Tractor Plant, Kazanselmash and St. Petersburg Tractor Plant.
“From 2022 to 2023, we invested about 5 billion rubles in new regions. At the same time, in 2022, Rosagroleasing supplied 264 units of equipment on a humanitarian basis to support the agro-industrial complex of new constituent entities of the Russian Federation. This year we began working with these territories under all our programs without any restrictions. Therefore, whatever the need is, we will try to satisfy it as much as possible,” said Rosagroleasing General DIRECTOR Pavel Kosov at the All-Russian Agrarian Conference.
Let us remind you that from 2024 , agricultural producers in new regions who have prepared financial statements in accordance with Russian legislation will be able to take advantage of the preferential leasing instrument. Now they also have access to agricultural machinery and equipment for leasing on preferential terms, including an advance payment of 0%, an increase in price of 3% per year, and a leasing agreement term of up to 8 years.
