"Technological Support for Food Security" is one of the new national projects being implemented in the country this year. it comprises five federal projects, including "Human Resources in the Agricultural Sector." In the face of new challenges, it is essential to train personnel for innovative industries. The modern agro-industrial complex is certainly one of them.
"Today, more and more enterprises in the Lipetsk Region are switching to robotic automation. These are primarily packaging robots, which not only optimize human labor but also reduce the time it takes to package finished products. Furthermore, the region has placed emphasis on an educational program that trains specialists potentially in demand at enterprises in the areas of robotic programming and support," notes Lipetsk Region Governor Igor Artamonov.
For example, at the Chance Enterprise plant for the production of crop protection products, packaging finished products into boxes and stacking them on pallets can be carried out 24/7. Robotic systems, including industrial robots, were installed in the plant's workshops. During the plant's modernization, not a single employee was laid off, replaced by robots. All specialists were reassigned to other areas of the growing production.
At LebedyanMoloko, three robots package and load the finished MILK . They were purchased and installed in the summer of 2024. Incidentally, the workforce was not reduced. Former packers and loaders now monitor these robots and, if necessary, set the pace.
