In the course of fulfilling the orders of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR No. 1408 of December 28, 2020 “On laboratory research as part of the implementation of Rosselkhoznadzor measures in 2020 to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures of the World Trade Organization”, No. 898 of August 11, 2021 “ On amendments to Appendix No. 1 to the order of Rosselkhoznadzor dated December 28, 2020 No. 1408 "and No. 1233 dated November 18, 2020" On approval of the Plan for laboratory studies of catches of aquatic biological resources for 2021 "in September 2021 in the jurisdiction of Rosselkhoznadzor FSBI "Federal Center for Animal Health" received samples from the Astrakhan, Belgorod, Penza, Chelyabinsk, Sakhalin regions, the Kamchatka Territory, and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
90 studies of fish pathological material samples for infectious pancreatic necrosis virus by ELISA, 170 studies of fish pathological material samples for infectious pancreatic necrosis virus by virus isolation in fish cell culture. 39 studies of samples of pathological material of fish for the virus of infectious salmon anemia by PCR. The total scope of studies on state monitoring following the results of the third quarter of 2021 was completed by 82.5%.
In the study of samples of pathological material from trout underyearlings weighing 360 g from cages located in the waters of Lake Ladoga of the Republic of Karelia, a virus-specific cytopathic effect (CPE) was detected in the RTG-2 cell culture using the virus isolation method, and as a result of laboratory studies, the enzyme immunoassay method in accordance with the instruction to diagnostic kit, revealed the antigen of the virus of infectious necrosis of hematopoietic tissue of salmon fish (INGT). Currently, work is underway with the isolated virus to adapt it to cultivation systems and study its cultural and biological properties in order to deposit it in the State Collection of Microorganism Strains of the FGBI “ARRIAH”.
Astrakhan, Volgograd, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Novgorod, Orenburg, Penza, Rostov, Sakhalin, Sverdlovsk, Smolensk, Tver and Chelyabinsk Regions, Kamchatka, Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, the Republics of Bashkortostan, Karelia and North Ossetia-Alania have fully fulfilled their obligations under the orders of Rosselkhoznadzor No. 1233 of November 18, 2020, No. 1408 of December 28, 2020 and No. 898 of August 11, 2021
The Leningrad region completed state monitoring by 95%, the Murmansk region - by 67%, the Moscow region - by 50%, the Belgorod region - by 20%, the Saratov region - by 10%. Vladimir, Kursk, Ryazan, Tambov regions, Perm Territory and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) samples for state monitoring according to the orders of Rosselkhoznadzor No. 1233 dated November 18, 2020, No. 1408 dated December 28, 2020 and No. 898 dated August 11, 2021 are not provided.
