Poultry farm in Transbaikalia increased egg production by 2.5 times

The Chita Poultry Farm produced almost 11 million eggs by the end of 2024. This was reportedMinister of Agriculture of Transbaikalia Denis Bochkarev.
"Over the 12 months of last year, the volume of egg production at the Chita Poultry Farm amounted to 10.8 million pieces, while over the same period in 2023, the enterprise produced 4.3 million pieces. This result was achieved thanks to the support provided by the regional government: financing from the regional budget ensured the commissioning of a new workshop with modern automated equipment for keeping 42 thousand laying hens. This allowed the enterprise to obtain qualitatively new conditions and reach a higher level of production," said the HEAD of the regional Ministry of Agriculture.
it should be noted that the Chita Poultry Farm receives annual state support from the regional budget. Thus, in 2024, the enterprise received a subsidy for produced and sold eggs in the amount of 2.5 million rubles from the Ministry of Agriculture of Transbaikalia.
It is important that the Chita Poultry Farm does not use antibiotics and egg production stimulants in production. In this regard, local products are environmentally friendly and have high nutritional properties. Transbaikal eggs are dietary, they are supplied to the market directly from the manufacturer, and unlike imported products, they do not undergo long delivery and storage procedures.
