PIONERPRODUKT.by continues to publish a series of videos from the AgroExpedition "Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan". In this video, we will show the device of an automated milking farm and talk about the features of using milking robots.
The total amount of land at the enterprise is 5.5 thousand hectares, most of which is used for growing fodder.
The company has implemented an automated milking system. At the time of filming, the milking stock was 100 Holstein cows, the complex is served by only 3 people in shifts.
The farm has two milking robots "Wizard", from the company "Promtechnika". The first one works on the dairy herd, the other on the milking herd. The average daily MILK yield is 30 liters per HEAD.
Alexander Nikolaevich - chief technologist, pays special attention to the fact that cows for the robot must be selected according to the structure of the udder - not every cow is suitable for robotic milking.
The average number of robot milkings per cow per day is 2.6 times. At the same time, the robot keeps statistics on milking, which can be used to select and correct the diet. Dairy cow rations include straw, corn silage, haylage, soybeans, rapeseed, sunflowers and premixes. Distribution is made once a day.
The milking robot keeps track of all the necessary statistics for each cow, which allows you to predict the future dynamics of milk yield and business economics. In addition, all important information that requires the attention of specialists is sent automatically through managers.
The total cost of building a turnkey robotic milking complex amounted to 90 million rubles.
